Angel Home Health Care

When a home-bound patient needs nursing services, we're the one's to turn to.  Through our case managers, we provide the appropriate level of skilled nursing, everything from a high tech nurse on down to home health aides that provide something as simple yet essential as companionship and personal services.  All these nurses and aides are full-time employees, so we can ascertain just who is best for a particular assignment; all are at the very least, bi-lingual (English and Spanish); all are skilled, warm and personable - the kind of poeple anyone would want in their home.  As needed, Angel Home Health also can assign our physical therapists for rehabilitative services at home, and/or a registered dietician for nutritional support.

We are fully licensed, insured, and CHAP accredited.
